Welcome to the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe’s (“CRST”) Sex Offender Registry. The CRST Tribal Council adopted the Cheyenne River Sex Offender Registration Code (“Code”), Title 88, Chapter 1, of the Cheyenne River Law and Order Code in June 2011. The purpose of the Code is to protect the Tribal Members, residents, students, employees and visitors of the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. To implement the Code, the Tribe has established the CRST Sex Offender Registry and Office.
